Andorra

Andorra is a small landlocked country in western Europe, located in the eastern Pyrenees mountains and bordered by Spain and France. Its size is near 470 km² with an estimated population of almost 89,000. Its capital is Andorra la Vella. It is currently a prosperous country mainly because of tourism and its status as a tax haven.

Andorra la Vella, capital of the Pyrenees, is the country's nerve centre. The city offers visitors a major commercial centre with first-class hotel provision and a range of food and drink that is broad enough to satisfy the most diverse and demanding requirements. The Barri Antic (Historic Quarter) was the original heart of the town when it was little more than a village. It stretches from the Esglesia de Sant Esteve to Placeta del Puial and is characterized by atmospheric cobblestoned streets and arresting stone houses.

You can also take one of only three roads in Andorra and discover some of the beautiful landscape in all of the Pyrenees. Andorra offers the best skiing in the Pyrenees mountains, like in Canillo & Soldeu or Arinsal & Pal. Just for a moment, take care of your body in Caldea mineral waters.
